Mikheil Saakashvili's spin doctor says the President was in Munich from 7 - 10 January at a conference on "Georgia at a new crossroads" with foreign diganatories and members of the European parliament:
The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili departed for Germany. The conference that is held in Munich is dedicated to Georgian issues.
The subject of this conference is “Georgia at the New Crossroad”. Issues that will be discussed mostly concern the conflict regions, Georgian-Western relationships, internal reforms, the necessity of developing security patterns and the role of the NATO, EU and USA in this process.
The representatives of Georgia’s friendly countries will attend the conference as well. Among the invited guests there are representatives from the USA, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia as well as the NATO and European Parliament.
The representatives of Georgian executive and legislative branches are in the Georgian delegation together with the President of Georgia.
The International Forum will finish on January 10.
The Georgian taxpayer will have paid for this visit. And, thanks to the massive aid Georgia gets from the European Union, the United States and the International Monetary Fund, part of the cost will have been met by taxpayers and businesses across the world.
So what happened at this conference? There is no record of it - or even a trace of its existence - on the internet.
Who attended?
What conclusions did they make about Georgia's future?
What lessons did the president learn from his visit?
Normally such events are covered in lavish detail on the national media in Georgia. Now there is total silence - a sure sign that there is something odd about the whole event.
President Saakashvili seems to have come back with nothing more than a limp.

Clear Shot
I think he was, and if not, he should be! what a scum bag!
