The Georgian Democracy Initiative  is asking for help to make the case to the west about the reality of life under Saakashvili's regime, where the interior minister has been accused of letting a “death squad” operate out of his department, the defence minister is branded a “criminal” and where the President only holds office after an election that was condemned by international monitors.

They are looking for partners to help with the screening of the documentary “AT THE TOP OF MY VOICE".

The film centres on Irakli Kakabadze and Anna Dolidze. Irakli and Anna talk about the film exclusively for the Georgian International Media Centre below.

You can help with screenings of this vitally important documentary by offering facilities or sponsorship. To contact the Georgian Democracy Initiative please use the form here.

It has direct pictures of physical and psychological abuse of opposition activists as well as the footage of election fraud in operation during the 2008 election.
