Here is today's Rustavi 2 "report" from Batumi of President Mikheil Saakashvili's appointment of a new governor for Imereti and his half-hearted apology for the disastrous botched demolition of the Memorial of Glory.
It is actually not a report at all - as there is clearly no journalistic input. It is just another one of Mikheil Saakashvili's lectures to the ungrateful children broadcast in full and without any editing.
But what there certainly is is a devotion of, in the world of Georgian TV, vast resources to an outside broadcast event.
By our reckoning there were at least four cameras in this room - all filming this less than riveting speech from different angles as though it was a live football match.
