Conservatives and People's Party announce their plans for the mayoral elections

On 19 November 2009 Zviad Dzidziguri of the Georgian Conservatives and Koba Davitashvili announce their plans to run in a primary election to be opposition candidate for mayor of Tbilisi. The Alliance for Georgia also comment, welcoming the candidacies.
